The Oil and Gas Sector. Hydro-Maskin AS provides a broad range of solutions to the offshore sector. Both medium-sized and large offshore-related businesses use Hydro-Maskin solutions, including for testing and pipe-cleaning on drilling platforms and oil rigs. We often deliver large systems customized to meet the specific requirements that are applicable at the site where the system is to function. Our high-pressure pumping systems ranges up to 3000 bar, air compressors up to 70 m3/min. Our air dryers are half size of traditional twin tower dryers low weight. All systems comply with relevant standards as NORSOK, DNV, API and the ATEX directive

High-pressure systems for Zone 2 We offer a large line of high-pressure systems. These systems are available as either diesel or electrically powered units. The systems vary in size and pressure, and deliver up to 600 HP at pressures up to 3000 bar. The system can be delivered in a container, or on an open frame. Noise suppression is an important factor in meeting current environmental requirements, and we deliver systems with noise suppression all the way down to 80 dBa. We deliver systems that comply with NORSOK, DNV, API standards and the ATEX directive.

Air compressors for Zone 2 High-volume air compressors are used as temporary equipment for various purposes in the offshore industry. We make diesel-powered air compressors for Zone 2 that are rated at from 100 to 600 HP and up to 70m3/min. These compressors are usually housed in noise-suppressing containers. Standards: ATEX 95 94/9/EC, DNV 2.7-1, NORSOK Z-105

Air dryers Compressed absorption air dryers optimized for low weight, minimal size and maximum preformance, typically half size and weight off traditional twin tower dryers. The dryer ensures a stable dewpoint protecting and enhancing the preformance of compressed air systems. We deliver systems that comply with the CE, PED, DNV, NORSOK, API standards and the ATEX directive.

High-pressure chemical injection system High-pressure systems with chemical injection pumps are available with a broad range of different pump solutions. The choice of materials used is based on the chemicals to be injected. We deliver systems that comply with the CE, PED, DNV, NORSOK, API standards and the ATEX directive.

High-pressure hoses We offer a wide product range of high quality hoses with working pressure of up to 3200 bar and sizes of up to 25mm ID. We have our own manufacturing and testing equipment and able to offer quick delivery on special length hoses.

Nozzles Using the right combination of nozzle and hose is essential for getting the maximum out of your pumping system. We have a large stock hold of both rotating and non-rotating nozzles up to 2500 bar and offer day-to-day delivery on a wide range of nozzles types.
